Continued education has given Steve this greater knowledge. Steve has completed accreditations for his CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and e-PRO (electronic professional realtor). Steve has also acquired his Masters of Real Estate Society. With these accreditations, Steve is in the top 1% of Realtors in Arizona.

Steve Rook has resided in the Phoenix and Chandler area with his wife and two daughters for 15 years. Since 2006, Steve has been a multi-million dollar producer by representing buyers and sellers in what many have called the worst real estate market Phoenix. His expertise has helped him assist both the first time home buyers as well as second home buyers looking to retire or acquire investment homes in the Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and Tempe area.

Steve enjoys mentoring and supporting the first time home buyer, finding property for families who are seeking a change to fit their growing needs, or securing properties for the investor client.  All home buying/selling situations are unique and Steve treats each client as “the one.”  Steve understands purchasing or selling a home is the most important personal financial decision one can make so he is dedicated in providing the best possible home buying/selling experience.

Prior to Steve’s career in real estate, he was a manager of International Paper in Portland, Oregon and Phoenix, Arizona.  Steve’s multiple roles included accounting, budgeting, supervising people, project management, negotiating contracts, technology integration and daily problem solving.  These roles prepared Steve in understanding how to meet myriad needs of people while accomplishing goals and objectives.

Steve began exploring real estate wealth-building strategies over twenty-five years ago by making use of tax laws and practicing sound financial planning.  He has owned investment properties in Oregon and Arizona.  Currently, he owns multiple rentals and lease-purchased properties in the Phoenix and Tucson markets.  His rich background experiences enable him to serve as a great resource for those who are considering such ventures.
